Fenix Youth Project
SALISBURY, MD -- 12/18/21 -- Malcolm Edwards, 19, is homeless and has been receiving services from Fenix Youth Project since the fall of 2021. He says that despite graduating high school with a 3.0 gpa, "I need a little bit of guidance in my life."
